We are the people at Graystone Condominiums.

"Buildings should be Good Neighbors" is our slogan, adopted from Paul Thiry, the famous architect whose office was on our tower site. 

The Graystone Condominiums is a new project by Daniels Real Estate, an award winning local development firm that has spent the last three decades preserving and shaping the Seattle skyline. Every project has started with a vision to preserve or serve as a catalyst for building community.  Building community is in our DNA. 

As the new neighbor, Graystone is teaming up with First Hill stakeholders to support local First Hill merchants by saying thank you to First Hill health care professionals.  Its our way of rekindling the neighborhood as we look toward 2021.
